Symptoms
- Database hangs
- High waits for 'library cache lock' and 'library cache: mutex'.
- AWR from problem period shows a huge increase in logins from the application side. For example, from 2300 to 6000 within an hour.
- AWR shows high sleep counts against library cache mutexes
