Symptoms

While runing a full import to migrate the data from an old version, the load process reports:

IMP-00058: ORACLE error 3237 encountered
ORA-03237: Initial Extent of specified size cannot be allocated in tablespace (<TABLESPACE_NAME>)
. importing APPS's objects into APPS
. importing APPLSYS's objects into APPLSYS
. importing APPLSYS's objects into APPLSYS
. . importing table                 "<TABLE_NAME1>"
