After upgrade to 11.2.0.4, Database Failed to MOUNT (Doc ID 1622319.1)

Symptoms

After a successful upgrade to 11.2.0.4. Database will not mount reporting ORA-03113 error.

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Redo Buffers                4894720 bytes
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
Process ID: 758176

There are no errors in alert file. Only instance forced to terminate.
