Disk Attributes not showing after Disk replacement.

Due to the need to replace a failed Disk and Exadata not automatically dropping the disk from the disk group, you had to manually drop the disk. After the disk was replaced, you had to manually add the disk back as well.
Symptoms
After the disk is replaced and manually added back to ASM, you use cellcli to check the status and notice that for the replaced disk the following disk attributes are not showing up.
CellCLI> list griddisk where diskType = 'HardDisk' attributes asmDiskName, asmdiskgroupname, asmfailgroupname, celldisk, creationtime, errorcount, offset, size, status;

asmdiskgroupname <<== Blank
asmfailgroupname <<== Blank
Changes
Faulty Disk replaced and had to be manually dropped and manually added back.
