RAC registry component does not exists after converting single instance to RAC (Doc ID 1622666.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

 After migrating single instance to RAC manually, DBA_REGISTRY does not shows the RAC component ('RAC','Oracle Real Application Clusters')

 All other databases sharing the same ORACLE_HOME has the RAC component but the migrated database does not have the one.

 DBA_REGISTRY should show as below but that was missing.
