I am trying to encrypt our Oracle RMAN backups and we are currently using "Tivoli Storage Manager".

Do I need to use Oracle Secure Backup (OSB)
 or
Do we need to purchase the database option Oracle Advanced Security?
The solution must integrate with IBM TDP/TSM ?
