Attempting to start dbconsole on a RAC Cluster, or attempting to issue the emctl status dbconsole command, gives the following error message:-
"OC4J Configuration issue. An error occurred while attempting to change log file permissions. Logging may not be active for this process. _<dbname> not found.
Notice that the hostname is missing from the output.
