Symptoms
1) This is 2 RAC node 11.2.0.3 ASM configuration (Linux-64-bit).
2) Kfed is reporting incorrect ASM disk header metadata information (incorrect presentation), on one node the metadata is correctly reported, but on other nodes it is not, as follows:
