Adding node, root.sh fails: PROTL-16: Internal Error (Doc ID 1625104.1)

Symptoms

o The issue happen during an addnode operation.

o Two nodes cluster, named <nodename1> and <nodename2>. The cluster started with one node (<nodename1>) 11.1.0.7, upgraded to 11.2.0.4, then added a second node <nodename2>

o Need to remove node <nodename1> and add it back, as hardware replacement.
