          Primary Key Constraints

             "If a usable index exists when a primary key constraint is created, then the constraint reuses this index and does not implicitly create a new one."

How to identify if an index has been :

a) explicitly created by a user
or
b) has been implicitly created by oracle when a user creates a primary key constraint
