Srvctl Config Database Command Fails With PRCR-1119 And PRKR-1027 (Doc ID 1626491.1)

Symptoms

The issue happens when a single MS active directory account(svcacct_discovery) that is allowed to login in the Linux box and perform the discoveries in Oracle for the QA and Production clusters.

The srvctl config database fails in Production cluster with following error,

[svcacct_discovery@prod01]$ /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/srvctl config database
PRCR-1119 : Failed to look up CRS resources of database type
PRKR-1027 : failed to retrieve list of cluster databases


Where as the srvctl config database run successfully from QA cluster.

[svcacct_discovery@qa01]$ /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/srvctl config database
MDM
