When creating a Spatial index using 'SDO_DML_BATCH_SIZE=1' on an empty table that has an sdo_geometry column, the following errors are generated:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-13236: internal error in R-tree processing: [MDRCNCCMTTXN:16]
ORA-13234: failed to access R-tree-index table [MDRT table]
ORA-29400: data cartridge error

ORA-06512: at line 1
This worked in 188.8.131.52 and now fails in 184.108.40.206
Upgraded database from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.
