Exadata: Flashdisks are Missing Err*Count Attributes After a Flashcard Replacement (Doc ID 1627475.1)

Symptoms

After a flashdisk replacement on cell with version 11.2.3.1.0 or later, the new flashdisk physicaldisk doesn't have some attributes.

List physicaldisk detail of new flashdisk doesn't have the following attributes :

errCmdTimeoutCount:
errHardReadCount:
errHardWriteCount:
errMediaCount:
errOtherCount:
errSeekCount:
sectorRemapCount:

 


List physicaldisk detail output shows the output below for new flashdisk, without the error count attributes:


 

Changes

Cell was upgraded recently to 11.2.3.1.0 or a later version, and a flashdisk was replaced.
