Symptoms
- Database hangs with an unhandled deadlock between mutex and "library cache lock"
- May also see deadlock between "cursor: pin S wait on X" and "library cache lock"
- Systemstate dumps from the hang show that the deadlock involves data dictionary objects such as SYS.C_COBJ#, SYS.C_OBJ#_INTCOL# etc.
