Problem Restoring A Database From Timesten With larger PERM And TEMP Size to a new system with smaller perm/temp size

Symptoms

Cannot restore db to different machine with different size.

The machine where the db is backup from has larger memory footprint.  The machine where the restoring of the backup file has much smaller memory.  This is the error encountered:

$ ttrestore -fname bk.bac -dir /tmp/ttbackup/  dsn1
Restore started ...
ttRestore: SQL Error: Failed to connect to data store

*** [TimesTen][TimesTen 11.2.2.5.0 ODBC Driver][TimesTen]TT0703: Subdaemon connect to data store failed with error TT802 -- file "db.c", lineno 9759, procedure "sbDbConnect"
*** ODBC Error = 08001, TimesTen Error = 703

ttRestore: Failed connecting to data store after restore
