Symptoms
Frequent hanganalyze taken with references to emon slave processes in 'EMON slave idle wait' on one node in a RAC cluster.
No hang is being observed on the system.
The EMON processes have simply been idle for a long time.
Changes
Upgrade to 11.2.0.4 from 11.2.0.3.
