Sar Command Does Not Work As Non-root Users After Upgrading to 11.2.3.3.0 (Doc ID 1631846.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 11.2.3.3.0, the "sar" command on DB nodes gives a permission denied message as show below when executed as non root users.

This also affects EM Monitoring that uses "sar" since Enterprise Manager uses "sar -w" command to monitor swap and switching activity.

[oracle@dmorldb03 ~]$ sar
Cannot open /var/log/sa/sa04: Permission denied

Changes

 Upgraded Exadata image to 11.2.3.3.0
