Have an actual set of Georaster and Raster Data Tables lets call it the CURRENT set
Receiving a new set of TIFF files and build a second set of Georaster and Raster Data Tables lets call it the NEW set.
Both the CURRENT and the NEW sets HAVE to be available at the same time for a period of time (2 days)
Then the CURRENT set will be "archived" but still has to be available, the NAMES of the tables have to change to some archived name for the CURRENT set. AND the NEW set has to change table names with the names of the CURRENT set.
Once the names are changed the application would expect the RASTERID to represent the same "TILE" as previous Georaster table but it does not. The customer wants to update RASTERID to have the same representation he had prior to the change in Tables.
How to change the RASTERID? which is in the Georaster table and also int he Raster Data table?
