Memory usage of crsd.bin and ocssd.bin keeps growing after upgrade to 10.2.0.5 (Doc ID 1633236.1)

Symptoms

Over time the memory usage of crsd.bin and ocssd.bin daemons keep growing and exceed 1 GB.

This leads to memory exhaustion.

 

OS Watcher top output shows increasing memory usage by crsd.bin from 204 MB to 207 MB over 3 hour period :
