Symptom 1

During execution of datapatch or DBMS_QOPATH following error seen

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19213: error occurred in XML processing at lines 1
LPX-00225: end-element tag “component” does not match start-element tag “description”
ORA-06512: at “SYS.XMLTYPE”, line 272
ORA-06512: at line 1

Symptom 2

Another case we get the error is when we try to unplug the pluggable database using command

alter pluggable database p1 unplug into’/home/xoracle/c1_p1.xml’;
