Symptoms
Note: This is to address an issue during the execution of datapatch during a Post Installation (after OPatch properly installs the patch) or Post De-installation (after OPatch properly rolls back the patch). It does not address running Post De-installation manually without an OPatch rollback running 1st.
Datapatch may fail while connecting to the database following error:
