Symptoms

 The value displayed for parameter CPU_COUNT seems to be too high
(CPU_COUNT=128) on SPARC T4-2.
Ex: This server has 2 CPUs which has 8 Cores each with 8 threads each.

 CPU_COUNT = 2 * 8 * 8 = 128
