QUERY RETURNS TRUNCATED VALUE USING ORACLE ODBC DRIVER

Symptoms
The number fetched from a column contains more zeros then they are truncated using Oracle native ODBC driver.
whereas the values are retrieved correctly when using "Microsoft ODBC Driver for Oracle" for the same query in the same environment.
Truncated column looks similar as below example
