A Replication Slave that replicates LOAD DATA INFILE statements can run of out disk space in the slave-load-tmpdir or tmpdir directories.

Running lsof command will reveal files like this:

mysqld    11438  mysql 1618u      REG                8,4  4070178816      49159 /tmp/MLvgBNsI (deleted)
mysqld    11438  mysql 1630u      REG                8,4  3868622848      49161 /tmp/MLbx9Zsu (deleted)
mysqld    11438  mysql 1644u      REG                8,4  3665526784      49160 /tmp/MLyOdU7o (deleted)
