The following error is encountered in the alert log and trace file:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgeade_is_0], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

In our example, the trace file shows a complex nested query/select called by a user define package body. However, it is possible that different scenarios involving bulk binds will trigger this bug.

Current SQL statement for this session:

---- PL/SQL Call Stack -----
 object      line  object
 handle    number  name
4b56ac2d8      1017  package body <schema>.<package_name>
4db8f7cf8         1  anonymous block
4b1a26ec0        21  anonymous block

The 'Call Stack' section of the trace file includes functions like:

... pfsadrc  opifcr  qersoFetch  qerjotFetch  opifch2  opifch  opipls  opiodr  rpidrus skgmstack  rpidru rpiswu2 rpidrv psddr0 ...

A memory dump section in the trace file shows that the error is related to bulk binds, e.g.:
