Database Name: PRIM
Standby DB Unique Name: PRIMSTBY


Newly created Dataguard setup breaks Primary instance with ORA-00600 [krsu_upi_atc.7] when Standby is available,
and Primary tries to archive a redo log.

When Standby database is inactive (down), Primary works well.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [krsu_upi_atc.7],
