Symptoms
Running Oracle GI/RAC 11gR2 on window 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition.
Unable to start CRS/RAC on more than one node at a time.
Check the contents of the RDBMS alert.log on the problem node.
(found in the directory given by the INIT parameter background_dump_dest - default location is %ORACLE_BASE%\diag\rdbms\<dbname>\<sid>\trace)
