Resolve TimesTen Error "TT48029: Failed to drop active standby pair replication scheme" When Using Oracle Clusterware

ttcwadmin -drop returned the following error:
$ ttcwadmin -drop -dsn TOPPTT01 Successful connection with oracle clusterware stack Dropping active standby pair from Active Data store..
Connected to TimesTen Cluster agent on host host1 Successfully sent active standby pair drop request to TimesTen CRS agent on host host1
Error: could not drop the active standby pair from Active data store, quiting
in ttcwmesg log:
2014-03-24 10:29:31.47 Info: : 87993: (ttClusterAgent:) crsagent.c(2783):TimesTen CRS Agent made a successful connection to DSN TOPPTT01
