JDeveloper cannot connect to an Secure Enterprise Search (SES) 22.214.171.124 instance.
The test fails, and SES reports an issue with the intended federated trusted entity.
In addition, SoapUI reports similar failures when calling the proxyLogin web service operation.
When testing the connection to a SES WebService in JDeveloper, this error is displayed:
"Proxy login failed"
SES version upgraded to 126.96.36.199.
