While running utlrp.sql getting next error
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qksbgParseList()+400] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xD8] [PC:0x101FE2790] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] 
It was noticed that utlrp.sql actually fails when it reaches the view APPS.AR_AEL_GL_REC_V2
The call stack in the trace file includes function like:
