Symptoms
After installing a RAC database, the view SYS.KU$_RADM_FPTM_VIEW is invalid and cannot be recompiled.
Due to this there will be a failure during export / import of the Management Database.
The export may fail with errors like:
ORA-39126: Worker unexpected fatal error in KUPW$WORKER.FETCH_XML_OBJECTS [<USERNAME>:"<TABLE_NAME>"]
ORA-04063: view "SYS.KU$_RADM_FPTM_VIEW" has errors
