Rollaback of Patch 18085242 Results in ORA-29532 During the Post Install Step (Doc ID 1641838.1)

 Applied the one-off patch 18085242 on top of as per instructions in README. Trying the rollback of this patch as per README which says -

Patch Deinstallation Instructions:

1. Make sure to follow the same pre-install steps when deinstalling
a patch.  This includes verifying the inventory and shutting down
any services running from the ORACLE_HOME / machine before rolling
the patch back.

2. Change to the directory where the patch was unzipped.
 % cd <PATCH_TOP>/18085242

3. Run OPatch to deinstall the patch.
 % opatch rollback -id 18085242
   Then re-run the Post Install Instructions, i.e. -

  cd $ORACLE_HOME/md/lib
  connect to database as SYS
  SQL> call dbms_java.loadjava('-resolve -force -synonym -schema MDSYS -grant PUBLIC md/lib/sdogcdr.jar');

When running the post install instructions after rolling back the patch it results in below error -

SQL> call dbms_java.loadjava('-resolve -force -synonym -schema MDSYS -grant PUBLIC md/lib/sdogcdr.jar');
call dbms_java.loadjava('-resolve -force -synonym -schema MDSYS -grant PUBLIC md/lib/sdogcdr.jar')
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception:
Error during loadjava: Failures occurred during processing.
Check trace file for details
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_JAVA", line 655
