There was storage change .afterwards on node 1 ,database started reporting corruption.
To be precise ,started reporting zero block.
Then We ran "check all norepair" on all nodes of this cluster for that diskgroup.except node 1,other nodes does not report any corruption.
but node 1 ,it started reporting ORA-15196 and crashed the diskgroup.
+ While checking the disk dump,we saw disk does not contain anything.
0000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 >................<
--So database is reporting properly.
+ While comparing dd dump of same disk from other nodes,we saw it is not the same one.
diff ORA_ASM_100G_114_node_2.dd ORA_ASM_100G_114.dd
Binary files ORA_ASM_100G_114_node_2.dd and ORA_ASM_100G_114.dd differ
