When Applying One Off Patch Onto 184.108.40.206 (Like Exadata 220.127.116.11 BP 21) Receiving Error SP2-0310 Unable To Open File "exa/scripts/catmacdd.sql"

When applying a patch on 126.96.36.199 (in this example, while applying Exadata 188.8.131.52 BP 21), the following error is seen.
SQL> -- For one-off patches, if DATA VAULT is installed we need to run the DV
SQL> -- script for re-loading their metadata views.
SQL> COLUMN :script_name NEW_VALUE comp_file NOPRINT;
SQL> VARIABLE script_name VARCHAR2(50)
2 IF (dbms_registry.status ('DV') = 'VALID') then
3 :script_name := '@catmacdd.sql';
5 :script_name := dbms_registry.nothing_script;
6 END IF;
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
SQL> SELECT :script_name FROM DUAL;

SP2-0310: unable to open file "exa/scripts/catmacdd.sql"
Oracle Database Vault is listed as installed in the dba_registry using the following query.
SELECT COMP_NAME , VERSION , STATUS FROM DBA_REGISTRY;
