Exadata: ExaWatcher cleans the archives newly created instead of the old ones (Doc ID 1645561.1)

The archives created in recent hour cannot be found. However, some of old files still exist.

As per /var/log/cellos/start_oswatcher.log, the archives were cleaned up to maintain quota.
