Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.0.0 version, Mobile Server

When attempting to install the mobile client using the setup.exe on MS windows 7
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Insufficient information to proceed
Error Code: Invalid Platform: The thread is already in background processing mode.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download setup.exe from the mobile server
2. execute it using this OS command:
start setup http://olite-xp.<DOMAIN_NAME>:<PORT>/mobile "<USER>" "<USER>" /user:administrator
