Exadata Nodes May Have Mandatory Lines Missing In /etc/ntp.conf

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If you are using Exadata Storage Server software 184.108.40.206.0 or 220.127.116.11.1
if cluvfy is reporting following errors.
Command : cluvfy comp clocksync -n all -verbose
"NTP common Time Server Check started...
PRVF-5410 : Check of common NTP Time Server failed
PRVF-5416 : Query of NTP daemon failed on all nodes
Result: Clock synchronization check using Network Time Protocol(NTP) failed
PRVF-9652 : Cluster Time Synchronization Services check failed
Verification of Clock Synchronization across the cluster nodes was unsuccessful on all the specified nodes."
Exachk may succeed .

# ntpq -pn
If you are getting following error.
localhost.localdomain: timed out, nothing received
***Request timed out
You are using Exadata Storage Server software 18.104.22.168.0 or 22.214.171.124.1
