On : 11.2.0.3 version, RDBMS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Resize of temporary tablespace using KEEP keyword does not shrink the tablespace to the required value 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The size should be shrinked to the value specified by the KEEP
