ODMS - Oc_stat.txt File Is Generating In the Same Directory that Running msync.exe (Doc ID 1664026.1)

Goal

When we install the mobileclient on laptop, file with name oc_stat.txt is creating every time.

This is happening on all the user machines.

Mobileclient : BDB or SQLITE for WIN32
