Symptoms
You may find list flashcache detail is NOT giving the complete and accurate status when executed.
Example and expected behavior

cellcli> list flashcache detail
status: warning - degraded, flush
'degraded' will be used if there is at least one degraded FC Part
'flush' will be used if at least one Part is flushing or flushed.
If above expected behavior is NOT happening i.e. even after flush (cellcli -e 'ALTER FLASHCACHE ALL FLUSH') , the status is NOT showing 'flush' in its output
