Missing Some Archive Logs On Standby Database that are not applied

Symptoms
11.2.0.3 non-RAC primary and standby databases.
Some of the archive logs are not available on the standby database node. These missing archive logs are transferred to other LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST 's from primary without any issue. Alert logs on both primary and standby doesn't show any errors either. This happens intermitantly several times a week. The archive log is silently missing at the standby database and was not applied. They then need to be copied to the standby and registered so they will apply and MRP can continue.

No changes. The problem existed in the original configuration.
