Symptoms

After unzipping sqlplus-10.2.0.4.0-solaris-sparc64.zip file to ORACLE_HOME , running sqlplus failed with below error

sqlplus  /nolog
ld.so.1: sqlplus: fatal: libclntsh.so.10.1: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed
