Symptoms
The following error might be thrown when issuing LSNRCTL commands against a SCAN listener in a multi node RAC installation:
Lsnrctl status LISTENER_SCAN<n> Where <n> is any number 1-3 of SCAN listeners.
TNS-12541: TNS: no listener
