Getting ORA-7445 [__INTEL_NEW_MEMCPY()+9] on Repeated CREATEXML + Insert (Doc ID 1667204.1)

Symptoms

Running repeated insert statements  of xml documents, which are obtained executing
         xmltype.createxml (xmldata     => v_xsd_destinos
                          , schema      => 'myschema'
                          , element     => 'myelement');
just before the insert statements, is dumping the error
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [_intel_new_memcpy()+9] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x1841979] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []
