AIX: Archive log Permissions are Different when Database is Started with srvctl and sqlplus

Symptoms

The permissions of archive logs are different when database is started with srvctl or sqlplus.

When using srvctl to start database, the permission is 600:

When using sqlplus to start database, the permission is 640:

Changes

umask value for the grid, oracle and root users are set to 027
