AccessViolationException Using OraMTS Distributed Transaction After Applying 11203P5

After applying 184.108.40.206 bundle patch 5 on client machine, .NET application using system.Data.OracleClient connecting to database server fails with below error message.
"An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host".
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException
Unhandled Exception: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory.
This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
