Symptoms
Updating a gloabl index in parallel over a database link fails with errors like:

The issue reproduces in 11.2.0.3 and 11.2.0.4 and may reproduce on 12cR1.
The call stack for 11.2.0.3 is likely to include the function atbugi_update_global_indexes.
