Following error in ASM alert log file :-

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [KFCHK_ERRRET], [kff.c], [3354], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Incident details in: /u01/app/grid/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM4/incident/incdir_135521/+ASM4_ora_17964_i135521.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
