Client Out Of Sync Causing Complete Refresh After Upgrading Client

Client was using oLite 9i on Production. Now upgrading it to oLite After the Server upgrade, when they re-installed the client, they will be prompted to select Yes to update the the client.
And after that each time, several tables in the sync details log showing the following error message: "Complete refresh. Cause :: Client out of sync".
