Purpose
This document provides instructions on how to configure a system as a Cloudera's Distribution including Apache Hadoop (CDH5) client, to access Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) and submit MapReduce jobs on Oracle Big Data Appliance (BDA) V3.*/V4.* release.
Scope
Oracle Big Data Appliance(BDA)Administrators , Exadata Adminstrators to install Hadoop client on one of the Exadata nodes which will act as a client to BDA , Oracle Advanced Customer Support (ACS) ..etc
